IMPORTANT ATTENTION ON SHIPMENTS:

We undertake to ship your order quickly and with the utmost care in packaging. 

As far as shipping is concerned, our role is limited to preparing and delivering the order to the courier. Once the shipment is entrusted to the courier, the responsibility for its routing and delivery passes to them.

How Quickly Do we Ship?

Orders received before 2:30 pm will be processed the same day. Orders received after 2:30 pm will be processed on the next working day. In some cases we are also able to ship same business day orders placed at 4:30 pm.

The order must be completed and paid for to start the shipping process, if your order is paid for by bank transfer, shipping may be delayed.

Other Shipment Data:

 On islands and areas that couriers consider ‘inconvenient’, shipping may take a little longer, but this is unfortunately not up to us. 

Delivery times are calculated from the day after dispatch and are understood to be working days. 

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Return days do not take into account extraordinary events such as strikes, high season (black friday, christmas, etc.) and extraordinary events such as weather problems.

Our warehouses are located in Italy and the UK. 

For countries outside the European community, the delivery times do not take into account storage times and customs controls.

If you choose ‘PARCEL’ shipping, the courier may make one delivery attempt and then deliver your parcel to a parcel shop near your home.

You will usually receive an e-mail where you will be informed about this.

If I Live Outside The European Community?

For countries outside the European Union - Please note that the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient, as we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine the amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For information, please contact your local customs office BEFORE placing your order.

Can I Insure My Shipment?

You also have the option of insuring your parcel with ‘kasco’ for a small extra charge.

Please note: insuring the parcel is not compulsory, but it is the only way to recover all the money spent in the event of theft/loss, damage by the carrier or product spillage. Otherwise, in fact, the law is on the side of the carrier and allows him to reimburse only 1€ per kg of goods (see CMR Convention law no. 233/2021)! You will understand that we cannot bear that cost if it is not up to us.

Once you have chosen insured shipping, you must ensure the integrity of the package when it is delivered. Any suspected breakage of a product, e.g. a wet corner of the parcel, must be reported to the courier by saying ‘I accept subject to inspection’. Even if the courier should object, insist and make sure that your wishes are indicated: this is the only way to enforce the guarantee.

NB: under no circumstances should you refuse a parcel. Regardless of the guarantee and the state of the parcel, you must accept the delivery. A return of goods not authorised by us will incur costs that will be charged to the customer.

How Do We Prepare Packages?

We take great care of the products and pack them in sturdy cardboard boxes, trying to recycle as much as possible and buying them only from those who use eco-friendly energies.

To protect the products during transport we use eco-friendly and recyclable material.

Can I Change My Order?

 due to our fast shipping service, we prepare the goods quickly so it is not always possible to make changes.

RETURN POLICY:

You may request a return by notifying us by emailing vitaminsandshakes@gmail.com and returning the product within 14 days from when you received the goods.

You will be charged the shipping and return costs if you entrust the goods to us or the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

You will receive a refund within 14 working days on the same payment method you used.

What Expiry Date Do Our Products Have?

Generally our products have an expiry date of at least 6 months, when they have a shorter expiry date we clearly state this in the product and generally put them on discount.

Products that may have a shorter expiry date are bars with a minimum expiry date of 3 months.
