Processing Times
Orders completed and paid by 3:00 PM (CET) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are handled on the next business day. In some cases, we may also process orders received by 4:30 PM, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping times begin once the package is handed over to the courier and may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.
Packaging & Fulfillment
All orders are packed with care using recyclable materials and durable cardboard boxes to ensure your items arrive safely.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, responsibility for the shipment lies with the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and generally range between 1 to 5 business days.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded and delivery times may vary due to:
- Peak shopping periods
- Courier delays (e.g., strikes)
- Severe weather conditions
- Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas

International Shipping
We do ship outside the European Union, but we encourage customers to check with their local customs office for any restrictions, additional costs, or extended delivery times.
Additional Costs
Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to:

- Clearance fees
All customs costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs Clearance
Handled by the courier in cooperation with the local customs office. You may be contacted to complete payment before the package is delivered.

- Providing any required documentation
⚠️ Non-Payment or Refusal of the Package
Refusal to pay duties or to accept delivery may result in the package being destroyed or not delivered. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

We have a warehouse in the UK. If you’re ordering from the UK, there will be no additional costs.
🇨🇭 Switzerland
Imports to Switzerland are VAT-free up to 150 francs for personal use or gifts.

We ship from Italy and the United Kingdom, depending on product availability.

RETURNS POLICY
How to Return
You are entitled to return products within 14 days of receiving them.

2️⃣ Ship the intact product in its original packaging
3️⃣ Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method
⚠️ Return and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If you need us to arrange pickup, costs will be deducted from the refund.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
What's covered in our Insurance?
We offer an optional KASKO insurance for a small additional fee.
It covers:
✅ Theft
✅ Loss
✅ Damage caused by the courier
⚠️ Without insurance, by law (Convention CMR No. 233/2021), the courier’s liability is limited to €1 per kg.
Always accept packages with “inspection reserve” if you suspect damage.
Never refuse a parcel: unauthorized returns may result in additional charges.
