Lost Products

If you have not received your products it could mean our courier is having trouble finding your address, if this is the case we will retry to deliver a few times and if they cannot find you we will be notified and will notify you in due course.

If the product has been lost in the post, we will email you and sort out a re-delivery to you.

Not Happy With Your Product

If you are not happy with your product please contact us via email and let us know your problems. We will usually accept and refund your payment if you so wish but in some cases this cannot be done, for example if half the vitamins have already been consumed or packets already opened.

If you have not opened your product and you want to refund it we can offer up to 15 days from the order placement. We cannot accept charges to send the goods back to us.

Refunds will take up to 10 working days to return to your bank account.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your purchase within 3 days of ordering. Your order will be sent within a few hours of ordering, so if you need to cancel your order you must pay for the shipping back to us. We will refund your full amount once we receive the products back to our depot.
